How to return an item back to Amazon?

7. After explaining the reason, click on the continue button.
8. After clicking on the continue button, a new page will be opened where Amazon will offer you a way to resolve the problem. In most cases, "Refund" option will be selected by default. Click continue.
9. Select a Pickup date.
10. After doing the above-mentioned process click on the submit button.

Amazon will send someone to pick up the item you want to return. The person who will come to pick up your item you want to return will give you the receipt. Keep that receipt safe until the refund is credited to your account.

You can only track your return package if and only if it has a pre-paid label printed through the amazons return center.
